Chicago Bears Get Caught Widening Field Goal Posts At Soldier Field
CHICAGO, IL – While the Bears were out on the road losing horrifically to the L.A. Rams, Chicago Bears management ordered the widening of field goal posts at Soldier Field.
Construction began on Saturday and was quickly discovered by reporters on the scene who stated, “The Bears kicker would still miss.”
Each field goal post was lengthed by 5 feet on each end and moved forward 10 feet into the end-zone.
Chicago Bears management told the media, “As the season continues fewer and fewer people watch us fail miserably, so we thought we could slide this one past everyone, I guess not.”
