Illinois Votes To Remove Mondays From Calendar
SPRINGFIELD, IL – After legislation was introduced to make daylight savings time permanent year-round, legislators have now introduced a new bill that would remove Mondays from Illinois.
“The way it works is, we just skip Monday, you go to work on Tuesday and work 4 days a week.” An anonymous legislator told The Cob.
“This simplifies calendars, schedules, and brings Illinois into the future!”
“People have been leaving Illinois in masses, we need something like this to keep them here.” The legislator concluded.
