Ottawa to Fill I&M Canal with Freshwater Sharks to Attract Tourists
OTTAWA, IL – In what is being called out as a publicity stunt, Ottawa’s Tourist Board has approved plans to fill the soon to be freshly watered I&M Canal with freshwater bull-sharks.
